Well - Ghana's credit rating is bad enough that it has to pay over 10% interest on such loans. It is doubtful that Ghana's economy is strong enough to pay these interests and the loan.

I am surprised at this stupidity by our parliamentarians. Governing a country does not stop because there is going to be an election. It is a continuum. Kuffuor signed the single spine policy into law on the eve of his exit, and there was nothing wrong with it. If, for example, the loan meant for the railway comes, whichever party that would be in government will have to execute it, and it will be to the benefit of Ghana. By the way, where in the debate did any NDC parliamentarian lambasted the government? Please let's stop this negative attitude. It appears our biggest problem today is the press. I believe that over 95% of our journalist are not fit for purpose. They are selfish, don't understand contemporary issues, lack common sense, lack analytical brains, and are stupidly partisan. They are Ghana's problem.
