    WE SHOULD LIVE LIKE AN OIL PRODUCING COUNTRY. WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR CONTRACTS. I LIKE THE PHRASE: "FEEDING ON THE CRUMBS OF THE BIG INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS" BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE DOING AND IT IS NOT COOL AT ALL.
