  This is nonsense talk. If you can mortgage your oil to build a gas plant and can mortgage your cocoa to build a dam(Bui), then what is wrong to mortgage gas to develop your infrastructure like building your railways.

  What large infrastructure development has happened...none. So please stop with the day dream that borrowing to pay off debt which this is , is sensible. Mortgaging national assets for future generations to deal with the fall ...
