  When did Subah become an international IT gaint. The very first country it started with was Ghana and the contract was such a corrupting mess that it is still citing in the tall list of NDC 419 contracts that create, loot and share proceeds of corruption. Where is NCS, Softribe, etc. The only reason they are not big is because they abide by the rules fo fairplay
