  Madam you are even lucky. IN JAPAN 90% OF THE BIGGEST COMPANIES HAVE NO FEMALE BOARD MEMBER!!! But believe me they are doing very well!!! Investors are smart; they go for the best; TO HELL WITH ANY PUSSY QUOTAS!!!
