  THERE is a new strategy for TOR UNDER NPP GOVERNMENT. Iwill tell u. TOR will be operated as a commission refinery, will have no business procuring crude,or selling petrol.Trust me there is exciting times ahead. Please MPs just get off to your campaigns and leave things as they are.Dont attempt to selling anything because the reality is it will be reversed.
