  This is not the rightfully way Vodafone. You people have lost lot of customers when you stopped the back-up package. It is not to be that a customer is having a fault before you give back-up because most customers lives far from the customer care and most people can even off thier modem and call the call center to report a faulty line and also i don't think you will be giving the customer data till his or her line is fixed. So the best was what you were already doing and it even made lot of customer and internet users joing the Vodafone broadband because the rely on the backup so please the best is to go back to the old way of sharing the backup to customers as it was and the company will boom again. And one of your highly customers with more than 20 broadband lines in my name.

  MY GHc100 WORTH OF DATA BUNDLE WAS MYSTERIOUSLY WIPED OFF IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS!!! I GAVE VODAFONE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BY REPEATING PURCHASES, I.E. 40, 30 & 30 GHcs & EACH TIME THE NOTORIOUS "YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED YOUR........ ...
