WHILE THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE OF SOUTHG KOREA HAVE USED AND USE SCIENCE,TECHNOLOGY, SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION ABD CREATIVITY SINCE 1960 UNDER THHE LEADERSHIP OF PRESIDENT PARK, THE ONLY PREOCCUPATION SINCE THE OVERTHROW OF CPP ON THE LEADERSHIP OF DR KWAME NKRUMAH,HAS ONLY BEEN PRIMITIVE POLITICS AND NOT THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW TO PROPEL ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE COUBTRY.
