INTERCHANGE IS NOT NEW IN WEST AFRICA LET ALONE NIGERIA. WHAT IS DUBAI GOT TO DO WITH, JUST GO TO JAPAN AND SEE REAL MULTPLE INTERCHANGE OR FLYOVERS. IGNORANT NDC GOONS. THE PRJECT IS NOT EVEN COMPLETE BUT BECASUE ELECTIONS PROPAGANDA OF NDC THE PRESIDENT HAVE OPEN THIS HIGHWAY. HAVE GHANAIANS CONSIDER WHERE REPAYMENT OF THIS BUILT HIGHWAY LOAN WILL COME FROM THE REVENUES STREAMS FOR REPAYMENT IF NOT TOLL. THE BACKWARD MAINTENACE CULTURE IN GHANA. GHANAIANS LIKE NEW THINGS BUT HARDLY OR POORLY MAINTAIN WITH FILTHES, DIRTY ROADS WHERE AS IN OVERSEAS WEEKEND OR MIDNIGHT ROAD, RAIL CLOSURES FOR MAINTENANCE ARE DONE YEARLY INCLUDING URGENT MAINTENACE. JUST LIKE SINK HOLE WAS FIXED WITHIN 2 DAYS IN JAPAN

  Tavie, what exactly is your problem. You are obe of those people that complain no matter what is going on, good or bad. Ghana is not unique in borrowing money for infrastructure building, US, UK, Japan, China, Germany, etc all borrow money to build and refurbish their infrastructure. Where did you read that the new circle flyover was not completed. You may have read that it had some finishing touches to be done, like a few signs, shrubbery and a little touch up paint. These cosmetic touch ups are normal and does not serve as a reason not to open the project for use. The prohect is structurally sound for use so stop the partisan jealousy. It is people like you that stand in the way of progress simply because you or your party is not the one bringing the progress. Try to look at the grander picture; these developments are good for Ghana and Ghanaians. It creates jobs and moves the country forward. You are so small minded that you only think about what makes you and your party happy no matter how much your selfishness hurts the country. Shame on you.

  Sadly, bro, you won't get any answer from Ghanaweb, cos they behave like robots sometimes, copying and pasting anything anyhow, paying no attention to whether they are putting the right thing there. That is how come they can post the same story twice or two stories on the same issue at the same time. If the one posting the story had read even the lead, they would know what picture to use. But because the person was behaving like a robot, he just concluded that he needed the local ADB's pic. Ghanaweb hardly generates its own content. Perhaps, the day others begin to charge it for the use of their content, it will become more careful
