  there are many loading gantries apart from TOR that are even faster and efficient to load from TOR is a refinery and not supposed operate a distribution gantry to allow third party vehicles in the their security zone. That is an extra risk that such a place should never contend with. Just next door Ivory Coast the refinery is linked by pipeline to tank farms where the distribution gantries are.

  if that case only firms on contract to haul to tank farms should be included..In USA you can bet all tank farms are on pipeline network or beside river that barges can use like New York or Gulf of Mexico

  in USA the truck and trailer both would have a required yearly inspection..but trailer and truck would be checked every 3 or 4 months depending on miles traveled.. I work for truck rental company! And the driver is supposed to check before each trip for flat tires and leaks..But having more than 10 trucks is scam to keep small companies out..Anybody with safe truck & trailer and know about petro transport should be able to enter

  TOR was the only loading point in Ghana many years ago when demand was very little. TOR's gantry is outdated now even not up to standard. They could use the real estate within the plant for expansion. TOR has BOST facilities ...

  TOR was the only loading point in Ghana many years ago when demand was very little. TOR's gantry is outdated now even not up to standard. They could use the real estate within the plant for expansion. TOR has BOST facilities as the designated loading point. These guys are just being ignorant trouble makers.
