  Why should we wave taxes on the works to be done by a private company.
  
  GPHA/Ghana Government is not getting the EUR160M for free. We are paying interest and fees on this loan.

  Why should we wave taxes on the works to be done by a private company.
  
  GPHA/Ghana Government is not getting the EUR160M for free. We are paying interest and fees on this loan.
  
  So why should we waive taxes of EUR40m when we would be paying this money back to the Banks lending us the money.
  
  We should only waive taxes when the money used in the project is Donor Aid Grant otherwise it doesn't make sense.
  
  Then we may as well waive taxes for all foreign companies involved in Construction of Roads, Telecoms, etc.
