  Hmmm, How much did STL paid him for the several forced deal on IT together with his IT Man. They have milked this organisation so much the, they own several properties that cannot be explained from their salaries.
  These are the corrupt entities in our country aiding foreign companies to cheat the poor rural bank. STL is major in this. Of course the CENTRAL BANK is also guilty in these. Too much GREED by the elites.

  Bank of Ghana senior management team should be blame for the mismanagement in the rural banks and other microfinanceinstitutions .
  The fact of the matter is that the operating staff incharged of these institutions accept bribe and gives false report. Eg. True financial position,ethics, who qualifies to be director,which caliber members to constitute the board.
  I also urge BOG to intensify it operations on the rural banks and its private auditors ;
  In the upper West region and I like ICU and other union should stand up and fight for the right of the venerable intimidated staff who can't voice out for fear of loosing their jobs.
