  "Train"... if you graduate from high school and college, you should be able to know how to use Excel at the least. Studying Statistics at the University is another thing. What you should be asking for the GSS to have a onlin ...

  "Train"... if you graduate from high school and college, you should be able to know how to use Excel at the least. Studying Statistics at the University is another thing. What you should be asking for the GSS to have a online Data Bank with all the figures, so every body can access and know whats going on in the country. Look up at Statistics Canada, Statistics Canada, US Census, etc. These are few blueprints which should be aspiring to not some convoluted data mining fraught with errors and inconsistencies.
