    THE IDEA IS BRILLIANT. KEEP IT UP, HOWEVER HONOURABLE SPIO GABRAH, THE MINISTER IS A FAILURE TO HIS OWN POLICY. HE SHOULD HAVE PATRONISED KANTAKA CARS AND NOT THE TOYOTA'S AND NISSAN'S HE USES.
