  tower building in Down Town Accra. The architects of Ghana promised to put up the tallest building in Africa 10 years. We are still yet to put up even 30 floors. In the 1960s Ibadan, Nigeria built 40 floors Cocoa House skyline to demonstrate their architectural powers. We can put up 50 floors tower at the current location of UTC building in Accra- let us make use of the space we have in that area.
