  Is this a Christmas Joke?? Free movement of skilled labor?? how many people in Ghana have the ability to speak & write at a serious level in French??? conversely how many people from CIV and Benin can do so in English??

  The fact that the EU has done it does not mean we should do it. In fact immigration has become the biggest irritant in the EU experiment. If you want something to collapse, just include free movement of people!!
  
  Let's focus on what matters to our people - free trade amongst African countries. Free trade does not have to go with free movement of people across borders.
