  I don't see the need for e-swich as its network is even unavailable. We have more than necessary means of cashless living without e-swich.

  Any where you go and the merchant tell you the is no network means that the merchant is not ready to render a service to you. At least one of the mobile networks will be working in that area so u can advice the merchant to ch ...

At least one of the mobile networks will be working in that area so u can advice the merchant to change their sim card. Again the charges on E-zwich Services are very cheap And affordable as compared to all Other electronic means of payment. ie the Mobile monies and banks ATM service . Let's embrace this change for a e-cash society to save the nation from always printing new notes with funds for development.

At least one of the mobile networks will be working in that area so u can advice the merchant to change their sim card.
