The taste of chocolate will change, they don't need any interventions, this is their excuse to infuse the seeds with G.M.O. they Cocoa Farmers have being cheated by Coco Board for too long, and they have found a way to increase their income, by smuggling their goods to the Ivory Coast because their prices are far better than Ghana, i think Coco Board must be fair to them thus all.

On the average cocoa farmers get two bags of fertilizer which is woefully inadequate for their farms and cannot even fertilizer an acre thus the national average yield is 400kg/ha but with proper programmes like reintroduction of ye wafuo yee concept, liberalization of cocoa fertilizer importation to the Ghanaian market for farmers to get the quantity they require to buy at highly subsided price,
proper implementation of cocoa rehabilitation concept, and finally reintroduction of the control of swollen shoot disease, which is a menace in the cocoa industry will lead to higher productivity. All the above among others will lead to higher yields. Human factor like opuni should be sacked immediately he is an impediment to the growth of cocoa industry and don't take technical advice from technocratic within cocobod if you not his crony.

1.Farmers/cocoa input.
2.Farmers Warfare/insurance.
3.Producer Price.
4.Margin to LBC's
5.Seed Fund allocation.
6.E-payment to Farmers.
7.Scheme of Purchase.
8.Good Data of the Farmers,LBC's and
field Staff.
People will keep talking but will not say anything of the above which is killing the industry,when you ask why are we not having the production increase
