  They have started, they want companies running coming to them to pay for their research, it happened in 2012, FDA use cholera to blame the sachet water producers to compel them come pay for their FDA numbers. U pay, they will not give u the number, and will be expecting to come renew 3 yrs time.

  What toxic chemicals is the CSIR talking about that it fails to identify to the Public? We must know what they are and what Companies and specific brand of Water that are thus contaminated.

  What toxic chemicals is the CSIR talking about that it fails to identify to the Public? We must know what they are and what Companies and specific brand of Water that are thus contaminated.
  
  It is not enough to just say the packagers of the Sachet Water would be sanctioned. The Public reserves the right to be fully informed to stay away from those poisons alluded to.
  
  Either the reporter was too lazy to ask all the relevant questions to fully inform the Public, or the CSIR was unwisely scanty in providing the reporter with all the information.
  
  Either way, we ought to know promptly, else the CSIR would be partly responsible for any health hazards that the customers of such toxic water incur.
