  Sugar consumption is decreasing due to related health issues. Why are we looking at producing something that is diminishing in demand in the western world. Who is the target market? Other emerging or developing countries? To make people sick? We should be looking at innovation there are some very brilliant talents who emigrate to developed countries to continuously add to their wealth of talent.
  
  Encouraging talents back home could be encouraged! Perhaps if the ridiculous housing prices are sorted it could encourage people back!

  Why do we need another African country to help us produce Sugar. We've able and smart people in Ghana. We can do this without the assistance of another country.
