Let your talk walk oooooo. We have worked in the Agricultural sector for six years now and at times we feel under utilized because mobility is our biggest challenge. Our promotions and other incentives are nothing to write home about. Farmers need inputs at reduced rate as well as technical backstopping. Under the current local government Acts, we are now called Department of Agriculture and allocation for are field officers are always locked up at the central Administration of the District and Municipal Assemblies. Do more than just talk because our hopes in Agriculture is dashing away gradually... Thank You..
