High interest rates,,,home loans in USA are 3-4% for 30 years in USA...www.bankrate.com...Remember this secured loan like car loan...If the land or house title is true nd free...Un-like credit cards that have nothing to sieze on failure to repair...they are hundreds of thousands of houses built and for sale in USA on any given time...only during 2008 & 2009 did home building and sales slow!
