    There no need for these so called estate companies in Ghana if a 27 year worker (both formal and informal sectors) cannot afford to buy a unit.

    What Ghana needs now is another "Aliens Compliance Order" to kick out all the Zongolese. It is only then that there will be enough accommodation and jobs for our people.
