What Ghana needs now is another "Aliens Compliance Order" to kick out all the Zongolese. It is only then that there will be enough accommodation and jobs for our people.

2. adequate supply of cheap construction money
3. improved income levels for workers
4. making jobs available in remote areas instead of cities. This will move housing starts to those areas and would be more affordable.
- Population centres must spread out.

Ghana population is 25million building 5million units of house can provide accommodation for the entire nation where we can manage our land,water, electricity. We need government social housing private sector involvement is not helping their rather are making it worse. At least every 18yrs old Ghanaians should be able to get government house irrespective of your background like Libya, Europe
