You do not open your mouth anyhow to promise in order to win votes to become a President knowing very well that you CANNOT fulfil that promise.If you do that you fall into the arms of the DEVIL who will show you real disgrace. Make use of the irrigation projects that are there already or rehabilitate them!!!!

The statement above indicates that not all villages are suitable for dams so where is the doability of this fathom promise of one village one dam. Our technocrats and academician s should leave above politics
