Now, what and how will the new CEO do to settle the huge debt of $450m? Will the out-going CEO be entitled to his full service entitlements and for what reason? We have to come out with some measures to the extent if a Boss leaves any huge debt while running, he/she should be denied his/her entitlements as punishment. This will let future CEOs think before they act.

The writer sort to discredit him with that but as you can see the truth is there for all to see. Sipa Yankey deserves commendation and not condemnation. He has taken this decision because he does not want to work with the NPP who once imprisoned him. It's a pity but he should have continued his good works. He has the papers and knowledge to do other things so if you can't give him credit let him be.

Although, i am not an npp supporter, i would like the incoming Government to institute a full investigations into his activities at the Ghana Gas as CEO. The Oil and Gas enclave roads within the Nzemah area should be investigated.
Dr. Sipah was one idiots who never respected President Mahama. He called JM a small boy who came to meet him in the
NDC.
He was also stealing the condensate the company is processing at Atuabo.
The stupid 4m Dollar Right of Way maintenance contract should also be of interest to the NPP Government.
The npp Government should as a matter of urgency cancelled the Main pipeline compressor contract which is 74m US dollars.
