I hear article 56, 57 or 58 of the constitution makes it clear that every president (Mahama) can be incriminated or charged for any offence against the state by the public within 3years of leaving office and after that, NO ONE can take him on again. No wonder Mahama is shivering to get Agyarko in trouble through Ayariga and co. so that he doesn't unravel the canker, rot and stinking deals at the energy ministry especially the oil side about how they have drained the oil revenue with mischievous, scandolous and evil deals and contracts, more so with Karpower and Ameri deals. hahahahaha!!! Ghana 3b3y3 d3. Unveil all rot, prosecute, retrieve all money and jail them. Simple!

I do not think Bawumia will tell a lie in regards to what happened. I am sure he knows the implications of telling a lie to the State. He should know what he is doing.
