In as much as I disagreed with the former president Kuffour for announcing 18-34% salary increment for the implementation of the single spine salary (sss) pay policy, I still wonder what percentages Mr Graham used to arrive at the huge figures he paid some categories of workers resulting in the huge wage bill to the state.
Does Mr Graham understands the word "fair" in the discharge of his duties?
Can Mr Graham be proud of his achievements in regards to the aims and objectives of the sss pay policy to ensure that work of equal value receive equal pay?
Is ICU telling us nobody can head the sss and perform better than Mr Graham? Is the sss policy the brainchild of Mr Graham?
Why not give a little credit to the proponents of the policy who have been sidelined all these years by Mr Graham and his team resulting in avoidable strikes by various labour unions?
LET US NOT CREATE THE ERRONEOUS IMPRESSION THAT WITHOUT A PARTICULAR PERSON THE WORLD WILL COME TO A HALT.

All drug addicts are patapaa, voilent, proud and full of hooliganism. What patapaa akuffo addo at 73 and his NPPigs know best is nkontompo, apoobo, akakabens3m, awudie, naadaa, ahunahuna, kronoo, ns3mhunu keka etc to intimidate their opponent and cajole Ghanaians for power. But now that they have got the power they dont know what to do; they are confused. Ghanaians should wise up! Because nobody can be considered as corrupt than a drug baron. ln China a drug peddling is considered as one of the highest crime and is punishable by firing squad. If this patapaa criminal drug peddler is in China he would have been executed let alone contesting to lead a country. So is a drug peddler like patapaa akuffo addo responsible man worthy of electing as a leader of a country? If Mahama is corrupt then akuffo addo is extra corrupt criminal. And l am sure Ghanaians will soon realise.

A pharmacist have only two promotions ie senior and principal. you can only get deputy director when there is a vacancy. As an HR expect your first tool is equity when it comes to salary negotiations. Equity means equal qualification and equal work should attract equal pay. But with Mr Graham is direct opposite. A pharmacist at the government hospitals receives about one third of a lecturers salary even though they have the same qualification. With Graham a nurse with diploma receives more higher than a pharmaceutical technician with HND. A teacher with first degree collects one third of a lecturer with second degree. The difference between first and second degree is just two years but look at the disparity.i can go no and on. Even if you are blocked headed the best thing to do is to do comparison with international practice.

Oyibi police station need overhauling and transfer from they boss thus the commander he is part of all the problems land owners are facing if care is not taken Oyibi will be in serious darkness one day and police will be the one to be blame . So am calling on the IGP to in and transfer all the police office from oyibi and warn those who will take in charge to be mindful of the past. I believe in IGP he can do it.
