There is no Article 82(2)(d) in our Constitution. Again, Article 82 deals with vote of censure and not Council of State. It is rather Article 89 that talks about the Council of State but where in Article 89 is it stated that the President of the National House of Chiefs shall be an ex-officio member?

Why all this display of crass incompetence? Isn't the President and his Executive Secretary supposed to be Lawyer? These are the people who call others incompetent?
