  Madam Minister, please show us the numbers that show this airline will be sustainable and profitable. Please add to the analysis all the public offiicials, their children and friends who will be flying on said airline for free.
  
  How is the government planning to fund this private public partnership? Even if it's a 10% stake, where is the funding coming from; given you have already committed to building railways in the country.
