He promised continuing some of the policies of the past government and that's good. But like the plagiarised speech, he should have acknowledged the part played by the past administration rather than making it look as if he secured the loan or grant when he's barely two months in office. Which foreign government offers a loan to a party yet to take office. And note that a loan or grant is never acquired in a spate of two months. Let's be truthful in tackling the nation's problems for the betterment of all.

Mahama and his incompetent ministers never had any connections outside Ghana, hence their inability to negotiate good deals for the country. Nana took advantage of his former position as Foreign Minister to build a whole network abroad. That is the difference! Yes it is possible for President Akufo Addo to get any help he wants at much better terms at anytime, with just a phone call!
