  Nana Addo has planned to reintroduce "Offshore Banking" in Ghana after Kuffour has invited them into Ghana business during his administration.
  In the Advanced countries,any Minister especially those in the Finance and Economic affairs that has accounts in the offshore will be prosecuted or dismissed.
  It has happened in France where a Minister of Budget was prosecuted for having accounts in Swizerland secret account.
  Ofcourse,a former Prime Minister of Island was forced to step down after his accounts was discovered in Panama offshore bank.
  NDC and some progressive journalists must wake up to make demands on transparency.We cannot just accept Offshore Banking in Ghana when it's a crime in the eyes of our development partners.Thank you.
