  IT IS UNFORTUNATE, THAT, A GOOD NUMBER OF PARLIAMENTARIANS IN GHANA ARE DEFFICIENT IN EXPRESSING THEMSELVES VERY WELL ON THE OF FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. IT WILL BE BETTER FOR SUCH MEMBERS TO READ THEIR SCRIPTS RATHER THAN TO TRY "TO RECITE" A SPEECH OR A POEM. IT IS BECOMING TOO ALARMING , WHEN WATCHING DEBATES OR PROCEEDINGS. THERE ARE , A LOT OF AVOIDABLE COMMON MISTAKES IN ENGLISH DONE BY SOME MPS. SOMETIMES , SOME MEMBERS FIND IT VERY UNEASY TO PUT THEIR MESSAGE ACROSS OR MAKE THEMSELVES EXPLICIT CLEAR.

  Compared to many African countries Ghana lacks the needed man power in many sectors. Our telecom service providers and isps aren't guaranteeing cybersecurity and safety. Many crimes are being committed on the various networks by the workers. Akufo-Addo must ensure that the National Communication Authority has more competent people, that cybersecurity is improved and ipv6 deployed. More crimes are being committed on these networks than any other place in Ghana
