Diehard smugglers used our porous entry points . Immigration and Customs must be equipped wit modern gadgets to enable them fight smugglers effectively.

  This is a joke. If the Minister doesnt know that the real culprits at the border are the border guards themselves then he's then I feel sorry for him. The guards collect bribes and allow entrants to move their goods across for free. That's why Ghana is stagnant.
