  This is the Ghana we envisioned, free education, free healthcare, poverty eradication, lower taxes nurses allowances, teachers allowances and many more. Indeed this is the government of the people. This is totally different from the Tax and spend, loot and share Ponzi scheme that the criminal NDC was running.

  In as much as the 5% tax has been removed, estate developers should also improve on the quality of houses they built, most of them use cheap materials in building and cut corners to maximise profit. These houses develop cracks in the walls and the purchaser must fixed these at their own cost just after a year of purchase. Most of these cracks do reoccur because the foundations of these buildings were not properly done. GREDA, I advise you stick to standards in your building if you want Ghanaians to purchase your houses. We know those who are doing good jobs though. !!!!
