To begin with,govt is not producing anything,it dépends largely on taxes collected from the private sector.
Apparently,cocoa,gold oïl are all produced by the private sector.Manufacturing,agriculture,finance,banking and services are mostly ran by private entrepreneurs.
Therefore,how can govt shift from tax management to production management economy when the govt has Nothing to produce?Perhaps,govt is waiting to ran the production management economy when the private entrepreneurs build 216 new district factories.
Paradoxically,the same govt is trying to widen the tax net,something they want to shift from?How coherent is this budget statement?Thank you.
