  Before the contractors get paid for their works, their works first design and supervised by government paying Engineers.
  These Engineers confirmed and authorized payment to these contraxtors

  So we need to hold our Engineers accountable for effective infrastructural
  work.
  Adoma of Urban Roads and his Director Abass have multiple companies of their own working for them. These are the conflict of interest the Minister should try and truncate.
  Atipoe and Sowah are all working as contractors even though they are Engineers working full time for Department of Urban Roads.
  Staying in government bungalows having Prados and been paid by the good people of Ghana. These are the demons we need to cure in our body politics.

  Thanks Mr minister, finally common sense will prevail in Ghana roads infrastructure. Shoddy works and will be blacklisted for good. These so called contractors have taken Ghanaians for granted.
