  ECG will nerver serve yeild profit until they have a very credible competitor. Ghanaian workers work harder when they fear their jobs will be lost. An example was GOIL. When word got out that the NDC goverment was going to offload GOIL, look at what happened. Suddenly, the same lazy dons, turned the company around and miraclously made it profitable. Let a private company compete with ECG, period.
