    Yesterday, I bought diesel at GHC/4.228. a liter. I did not see any reduction yet let alone a further reduction; What is this drunk talking about?

    Remove the levy of 17.5 as you promised not to reduce by mere token of 2%. You campaigned on the high cost of fuel and now tou talk of reducing. Is deregulation going to make fuel cheap?
