  I think it's humane, encouraging and a decision in the right direction. How wicked could a govt(Assembly's) be without the least compassion on the ruled;to levy a head Porter in a Country without a single Social Interventio ...

  I think it's humane, encouraging and a decision in the right direction. How wicked could a govt(Assembly's) be without the least compassion on the ruled;to levy a head Porter in a Country without a single Social Intervention/Welfare Benefit, preferably for the hungry to have a meal especially the unemployed youth,and the elderly,etc.How far could one think better,than to tackle the present.Big ideas starts with a humble
  beginning.Well done and more grease to your elbows,Sector Minis!.
