  Wow I didn't know Ghana was this rich. In order to allow an entity to borrow this much, clearly there should have been signs of ability to pay. I presume there were boards for all these listed companies that the government owed money to; why did they sit there without asking to be paid? And they get the nerve to say Nana you promised so do something now now...these debts must be paid; so must the callously appointed personnel or approved contracts be fulfilled. Shame on the past government for doing what they have done to the country.
