Hackman listen to former president Kufour; it does not matter if we pay the ceo one million year if he doubles the output of COCOBOD.

The salary attack is baseless - the ceo salary is not competitive when compared to the size of company he is leading. Revenue of COCOBOD is more than a billions a year. The CEO salary is less than $150,000/yr --- do math.
Outside of Ghana he sits down and negotiated with partners who probably earn more than four times the $150,000/yr the cocobod ceo is making.

Ghanaian are lazy and drunk uneducated and envious arguments.
Stop the arguments, vigilantes, and other stupid insinuation and work.

Ghana must pay to attract competent people. Education, experience and enablement is expensive.

We need money to build new basic schools and to rehabilitate existing ones. Half to the salaries being doled out to these non performing CEO's will fix several schools, build toilet facilities etc. I am not sure how these guy ...

Please peg it at 10K or 15K and let them earn the additional up to 20K max based on the performance of the sector under their management.
