  Since government refuse to support them financially and task them by given them an abandon industries to try and revive those abandon industries to work by copy and imitate parts and structure of equipments to make and mould parts to retrofit and replace them.Yes we can unless there is finance because they are not magicians to chant or conjure money from nowhere to buy materials to produce parts.We should stop beating around the bush.
