  Of all Ghana's finance ministers past and present, Dr. Duffuor is the most competent and cognitively adroit. No one come even close. He was practical and copiously knowledgeable in the field of economics and proved at all times that he was a palpable force to reckon with in intellectual capacity.
  
  The worst of all Finance Ministers is Dr. Kwesi Botchwey, a poodle who entrusted the finance ministry into the hands of the IMF. As the longest finance minister in the country Kwesi Botchwey is the source of all Ghana's problems; he literally ran Ghana's economy to the ground even with the assistance of the IMF. The fact that this loser Kwesi Botchwey was still involved in some capacity in the NDC administration goes to show how irresponsible we are as a nation - we have become a nation that heralds indiscipline and mediocrity. People like Kwesi Botchwey has prefixed 'Dr.' in his name and we honour him and give approbation to him in spite of his lack luster performance in 19 years in the finance ministry.
