  First of all how to register a business does not give a step by step process it just shows the types of business entities which is even incomplete.
  
  Secondly you only have to pay tax when you start earning income or generate some sort of revenue from your operations. the levy is also questionable. We need to create enabling environment not discourage

  I tried to register a trademark at the registrar general it took 3 years and by the time the approval came I had lost interest and someone had also registered it in the UK even with a website.
