  The law allows funds to be invested in an investment grade sovereign instrument of which Ghana is not.
  Secondly funds are not being managed by external fund managers.. Funds are being managed here in Ghana but instruments that qualify to meet the needs of both funds are purchased all over bearing in mind the ratings of these sovereigns.
