  Not only the nothern grassland but also the one between Ada and Accra should be irrigated with the water in the lower Volta that is left to flow into the sea.

  He can go to hell with all his degrees and phD,they world bank pushed John mahama to steal from us,now that Ghanaians struggled to sack him from office they ve send one of our own Blackman with a whiteman mentality inside to come and lobby for them,Dr Bawumia should open his eyes,he shouldn't allow this conniving thiefs to push a bitter pill down the throats of Ghanaians.As bad as the NDC government was you still heard this IMF and world bank directors praising them as we die of hunger and poverty including decease.Let the world band representative tell good examples of his country before convincing other countries to do business with the world bank,its only a blackman who can supervise the killing of his fellow blacks.
