  We all know that the Economic Outlook for 2017 is projected to grow about 5-6% GDP and 7-8% GDP in 2018.The reason given to this projection is that we have TEN oilfields that will increase oil production.
  The problem remains the same,always depending on raw materials known as natural resources.
  Now the question is how do we add value to our natural resources?How do we transform our natural resources if we don't have the orientation?Thank you.
