  Hmmm, we will see where the public debt will be at the end of the year. Using NPP Bawumia's theory of debt calculation, we shall then multiply the dollar debt value by the prevailing exchange rate of the cedi, after which we will deduct the 122 billion cedis the NDC left. The result will be what the NPP would have borrowed in one year. Then we shall do the accountability test: thus, New projects executed and their values: any shortfall or dubious explanations will tantamount to stealing, embezzlement or outright corruption. By the way, we know all the loans signed by the previous government, which are for projects yet to commence, but which have been added as part of the 122 billion cedis left by that government,so there will be no hanky panty, kuluulu or padding to hide anything. If you live by the sword, so shall you die by the sword.
