They have done it in other countries, meanwhile here you were faced with one deal and it had to be overpriced? how does that work out to be the best when you could have even paid the bulk of 500-600 million to Germany and negotiated 1 or 2 instalments for the outstanding ???

  How on this earth could somebody decend to such low? This so called Dr Donkor is crooning and spitting shit in the name of bipartisanship? What interest does he have in the shady deal? If this moron is not interested in accountability, why even have the guts to question the review of the deal that is receiving the world bank's support? Is this a wilful obstruction to hide the shady stuff that went into the agreement? Is he a beneficiary from the wanton waste of 150m dollars that is recoupable by renegotiation? This is naked subversion of transparency and a kind of backside-covering secrecy and conflict of interest cover-up shrouded in government failings. This smells as corruption that needs cleaning, so the government should not listen to these NDC beltway barnacles who are all obstructionists. Such Donkor-type nitwits always come in the name of doctors (of what I dont know) but some intellectual minds are bereft of everything intellectual, except their corrupt and seedy streaks. Otherwise why would any sane person ascribe partisanship in a government effort to recoup legitimate monies from an over-bloated contract that smells like this rotten Kwabena Donkor??
