  Whatever you call it,it is still borrowing. Npp is just doing like the ndc, while ndc was borrowing short term, npp is borrowing long term but wisely branding it to confuse ghanaians. Npp criticised ndc for borrowing too much and deceived ghanaians to win the elections.In less than four months, how much has npp borrowed ??? Ghana can never borrow its way to economic prosperity, it just wont happen. These politicians are all the same and their commonalities are greed for their pockets only, deception and lack of commitment. God save Ghana.

  No the same as you rightly said short term and long term borrowing are not the same. I don't support them but they are using it to repurchase existing loans so will not results in addition loans Sir.
